Banking Systems

Security Federal Savings Bank is committed to serving our customers as best we can.  In light of this goal, we will be upgrading to a new State-of-the-Art information technologies system the weekend of June 15th, 2007.  This upgrade will encompass our in-house systems as well as our account statements, Telephone Banking, ATM's and cash dispenser, ATM cards, Debit cards, Health Savings Account (HSA) cards, Internet Banking website, and Web Bill Pay website.

To allow for employees and technicians to convert to the new hardware and software, both locations of Security Federal will be closed on Saturday, June 16th.  Internet Banking, the ATM's, and cash dispenser will function through the weekend as they have been.  The new ATM/Debit/HSA cards will be accepted after 10:00AM  Monday, June 18th.  The new Internet Banking and Web Bill Pay sites will also be available the 18th.

This page has been created to assist our customers with the transition from the current system to the new system and will be updated whenever new information is available.  We have already included some documentation we sent out earlier this month with your account statements that explains different aspects of each area of concern.  Please click on the links below to learn more about the different parts of the conversion (must have Adobe Acrobat to view the documents).

Please feel free to call on us at either location, 306 West Main Street or 1017 New Smithville Highway) or by calling 931-473-4483 if you have any questions.

As always, thank you for your trust and business as we continue to deliver the best service from THE FRIENDLIEST BANK IN TOWN.
